I have a question on suspension. Right now I have a stock suspension with a set of helper springs in the rear. Over the years my springs have sagged. I would like to ditch the helper springs then add a set of air shocks behind the rear axle too get my ride height up. Is it ok to run two sets of shocks?

well here goes the news of the week. is everybody sitting down? wind em up boys we are racing!!!!!!!!!!! we only have minimum ice to play with, so slush day dont look to good, but lets take what we can get. there will be no season entry this year, we will pay by the day and see how long we race. the banquet and throphys and such will be determined later. the shacks will be out tomorrow and racing starts at 12:30 sunday. come early if you can to help the inspection process, ben and chris!!!!! we might get 5 weeks or only 1, but see you all on the12th

well this is not what everyone wants to hear, but here it is. we have got to postpone for a week. gary and i drilled today and the south end is still an inch short. we had 16 0n the north end and its good ice, but our permit says minimum of 16 inches. we need a couple cold nights to finish it off. frank has the permit and insurance ready to go so lets hope we can get the ice. already going to be a short season but hate to totally cancel for the year. lets see what another week does and go from there.

we are going to drill the ice on monday and check it out. i think the ice will be good if we get some snow. the weather forecast is not so good on that end, the plan is in two weeks weather permitting.we havent got the dnr permit yet, they would just laugh at us right now. the cold is coming and hopefully the snow will follow. get them pulled out and running and we will keep you updated.ill give that 43 green team some help and maybe they can show up.theres a new orange car coming this year. the driver is jeff patoew. 1963 pontiac wagon set up just for him. not painted yet, but looks good. we even got the sticker for him him so he can park up front! just kidding jeffy! lets race!!!!!!!!!
